Getachew Kebede is Transparency International Ethiopia (TIE) representative for Amhara Regional State which he has passionately served since 2021. He graduated from Bahir- Dar University with LLB in Law in 2012. Later, he received pre-service training from the Justice Professionals Training and Legal Research Institute which is intended to build the capacities of judges and public prosecutors in ANRS. Having completed the training, he has worked as a Judge in First Instance Court for more than three years. He later joined the Institution of The Ombudsman and served as a lawyer for close to one year. Getachew loves to help others and is highly interested to provide voluntary service in his legal profession.
