Hermela Tsegaye received her LLB from Hawassa University in 2022 and is currently finalizing her graduation thesis for a bachelor’s degree in Social work from Alpha University College. Hermela Tsegaye actively participated in numerous clubs during her five years stay at Hawassa University, serving in various roles ranging from President to active member. In February 2022, she began working at Transparency International Ethiopia (TIE) as an intern at the Advocacy and Legal Aid Centers (ALAC) program, and later as Assistant Project Coordinator. She is currently serving as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer. In addition to her role in Transparency International Ethiopia (TIE), Hermela Tsegaye volunteers with Addis Jemari Charity Association.
